What type of service should I book?

We recommend the Curated Facial Experience. All facials we have are customized to each person’s needs, but within extended time in that service, we have more time to go over different options depending on what suites your skins needs. It also includes extra massage, can’t go wrong there.

If you’re short on time, we also offer the Rejuvenation Facial, still customized to your skin’s needs at 50 min.

Why do you use that line of products?

Circadia is a professional skin care brand based on the body and skin’s natural circadian rhythms, I fell in love with their philosophy and adore all of the education they provide with partnering with them. AND THEN, the products do something for my skin personally, AND are at an affordable price point.

Their formulations reflect their motto of “Science & Nature in Perfect Rhythm”, utilizing both botanicals and innovative technologies to address multiple skin conditions. The products give me the ability to really customize every treatment to what each person needs. The products help promote the relaxing environment we strive to achieve for you while also having you getting off the bed seeing the difference in your skin.

This is my first facial, what do I do?

Nothing special at all, come in as you are. Preferably clean faced, if not, that’s okay too. You will be getting professionally cleansed by a licensed esthetician. It’s not as scary as getting a professional teeth cleaning. I promise. I recommend to come in comfortable, you will be laying down for about an hour at least.

We do include the neck and decollate area in services, we have a spa wrap for your upper body to keep you comfortably covered during service as well. If you have anything medical conditions that limits your abilities to get on and off a bed or laying down for a long period of time please advise us beforehand.

What do I need to book to change my skin, like right now ?

In all honesty, there is nothing we can do to “fix” imperfections immediately. Everyone’s skin care journey is different, and as much as we want it to be as easy as waving a magical LED light wand and you are brand new it doesn’t work like that. Not all treatments are made for everyone.

If you do book a service that your skin is not ready for, we do have gentler options for the same day and we can work up to that treatment. We will not do a treatment because it was going viral if it is not meant for your skin type.

Do I even need to get homecare?

If you are happy with your skin 100% there’s no reason for you to change what you are doing. I am only here to help guide you down the right path. I partnered with Circadia because I’ve seen it work. You don’t ever have to buy anything you don’t want to.

If you want to see a change in your skin, home care is necessary. It happens where you spend most of your time, at home. We can’t be there for you to cleanse, treat, moisturize and protect every morning and night but we can supply you with the tools and education to do so.

When it comes to skin care, some things we have things don’t have a cure, but you bet there’s things we can do to keep it in check and regulated.

I have a Groupon, what do I do?

We have the same service that you bought the Groupon for as a listed service on our booking platform. There is an option to let us know if you have purchased one there as well.

We always honor the Groupon price if we have an active Groupon, just take a screen shot of your price & book your session.

When booking a Groupon, you will still have to pay Hawaii state tax after your service has been completed in studio.

Can I bring a friend with me?

Our studio is set up for one guest at time for optimal relaxation. If you would like someone to accompany you it is no problem, we do not have a waiting area inside but there is a chair for them to wait on. Just a reminder, services are not short, but there are several restaurants near by as well.

Can I go out after my facial, what can I even do?

This will depend on what type of facial you are getting. The more exfoliation, the less sunlight the better. There are treatments to make you look fabulous the same night before your makeup applications.

Best case scenario, stay out of direct sunlight, going into any water for at least the following hour after service.

Where are you located?

2828 Kapiolani Blvd Suite E. We are ONE ROOM in a building NOT with other public businesses. Our front door is located behind a metal gate that you will need to be let in to.

The door located at the front of the building is NOT our entrance. We have a doorbell located above doorknob of the metal gate. Please text us when you arrive to let us know you are parked or out front if you did not drive.

Parking?

We have one stall reserved for our guests, if someone is in the stall when you arrive for your reservation, they are more than likely in service. You may park in the area for the lash studio behind the cars while you wait. Please text us when you arrive!
